After years of abusing her body with the most common disease, STRESS. She searched out a different lifestyle and began he quest back home… home to a life of holistic wellness. Being a CEO for a major company in the music industry, he life was filled with bad habits and vices. She could see that after 7 years of abusing her body, something had to change. Her quest for self healing was ultimately a quest to help others. She is here to give her gift of Holistic Wellness… those with the most trauma have the biggest gifts to give. She received her Holistic Wellness training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge oftraditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid MYTH,the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods and many many more. She holds the highest level of certification as a SRI wellness educator. SRI works directly with your nervous system. Thus, turning stress and “fight or flight” into grace and ease. She is a certified yoga instructor, studying with Saul David Ray and Shiva Rea inVenice CA. She is a graduate of the Robbins University for Life Coaching and Leadership as well as a Certified Wellness Facilitator through the Network Chiropractics Association. Inspire people to experience wellness on many levels and possibilities, from the inside radiating out and to understand that stress is code word for something deeper…with more tools wecan move through our fears and turn them into our faith.
